John Carron, MBA

John Carron joined Merritt Healthcare Advisors (MHA) as a Partner in 2021. Prior to joining MHA, he worked in investment banking and investment management at Chase Capital Partners, Morgan Stanley, and Goldman Sachs. Over the course of his more than 25-year career, John has helped many companies negotiate and structure growth and acquisition capital raises. He brings extensive transactional and investment experience to Merritt.

John holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross. He is a registered investment banking agent with Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
