Merritt Healthcare announces $10.2 million Mount Sinai joint venture ASC deal

Merritt Healthcare is pleased to announce a $10.2 million joint venture with Mount Sinai Ambulatory Ventures, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mount Sinai Health System, to develop a single-specialty gastroenterology ambulatory surgery center in New York. Mount Sinai engaged Merritt Healthcare to develop and manage the new facility, which will operate out of existing leased space on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The project’s certificate of need application is currently under consideration with the New York State Department of Health.
